“There were many problems here. Plywood laying on my balcony. Dirt on walls. Every door is rotted at the bottom and they have dirt all around the door handles. The outside area looked like it hadn’t been trimmed. The funny part. Not really funny but they sent someone to pick up the plywood on the balcony and the guy came into our unit with the code and without knocking while we were in bed.
