“Traveling with spouse. We stayed at this location because it was near an event we were going to. We had a king room. Walk in shower with adequate water pressure. Room was clean, bed comfortable. Checking went smoothly. Hotel seems pretty new (?) and it seemed staff was good at cleaning public areas as well. The hotel is just off of I-435 but room was quiet from road noise. “The staff was great, my issues were with the facility. My shower has almost zero water pressure it was just trickling out of the water head. The air unit in the room was so loud I just had to turn it off and be hot. I tried leaving it on but when it kicked on while I was trying to sleep it woke me up every single time. I tried calling down to the desk multiple times because of those issues and because the WiFi stopped working after day 2 and could never get anyone to answer. I won’t stay here...
