“Arrive late my room with two beds and was not available had to take only bed. Breakfast was disappointing it was Yogart and microwaveable sausage on a biscuit coffee and juice I mean that’s breakfast but not what I call breakfast a piece of fruit would have been nice. ”

“The staff was very nice and helpful. The area and hotel appeared safe. The only complaint I have was that I was charged $75 extra dollars for my dog and even though the room was clean surfaces and all, it smelled of urine from the carpeting. As it was late and I was tired, I didn’t ask to change rooms. I feel like I deserve at least a partial refund of my $75 pet fee. ”

“TV Directions are needed with something like: “Input, Portal, Live TV Cable, Guide.” Otherwise, you get “Samsung TV Plus is not available due to a network problem.” The breakfast area TVs were not working since the staff didn’t know how to get them working. The light fixture in Rm. 417 was full of bugs. We arrived at 1 PM and the front desk gave us a room where the sheets had not been changed. We know this because of the back sweat and peanut shells. We were given new sheets to install ourselves...
