“Front desk guy was a character. Had fun chatting with him but he was the highlight of the stay. The place is looking rundown. The place just needs tlc. My mattress had collapsed in one spot, there was just a bunch of small imperfections from years and years of being used without any paint/work done. Hot tub in the room had a soft spot in the floor so I didn’t feel comfortable using it. Worried it might leak and I’d get blamed.”

“I was really impressed with the management of this hotel. I wasn't expecting that they would have a makeshift Happy Hour, where they provided beer and wine and tiny bites (pretzels, popcorn, etc.) right out of the lobby. Throughout the hotel, they had signs stating that they would gladly provide toiletries if you forgot them. My room was clean and updated. Everything about the place was worth more than what I paid for. I just felt that the people here were genuinely focused on the way guests...

“From the advertising to the actual building is night and day difference the room was ran down and old and had a strong chemical smell. The tv didn’t work if the lights were off and same with the microwave and the quality of the tv was very blurry the carpets were stained and needed vacuumed the bathroom was dirty and the door handle was barely attached and the front door handle was also loose. Would not be staying there again and I’m very disappointed with my stay.”
