“Upon arrival, I was greeted with confusion and told I did not have a reservation. The host picked through his computer telling me he had no record of my reservation. I showed him the numerous emails and confirmation from Verbo and they still could not find it. He asked me to show where I had paid for it so I provided the confirmation. “Siamo stati una sola notte di passaggio ,per fortuna aggiungo , la camera era sporca all'inverosimile,il pavimento era tutto appiccicoso, asciugamani con peli capelli e macchie nere , i sanitari in bagno altrettanto sporchi. Siamo scappati praticamente via all'alba. ”
