“This lovely apartment was in the perfect location to explore Old Town Quebec City. It’s located on the edge of the upper town, inside the city wall. We had a taller vehicle (minivan) so need to find a surface lot for parking. We parked easily at the bottom of the hill on Quai Saint Andre (allows both overnight and 24 hour parking) and could see our vehicle from the apartment.
