Summary:
Welcome to this magnificent, recently renovated condo, ideally located in the heart of the city! This spacious basement flat has four large bedrooms that can accommodate up to eight people, perfect for families or friends. It also contains a bathroom and a shower room. Comfortable and well-equipped!

The Space:
This spacious and elegant basement condo has four large separate bedrooms, each equipped with double beds and a large wardrobe for optimal storage.

There is a full bathroom and an additional shower room, guaranteeing comfort and convenience for all occupants.

The large kitchen is fully equipped for 8 travellers. It has a main dining table for 4 people with access to 4 chairs. We have 4 additional chairs and a folding table for 4 extra people on site, ideal for sharing convivial meals with 8 people. The large living room offers a comfortable space to relax and spend quality time together.

The condo does not have air conditioning. However, there are 4 fans available in each bedroom.
