“It’s a typical inn—nothing more, nothing less. To be honest, I haven’t stayed at an inn in quite a while, so maybe this is standard now. There is no daily housekeeping unless you specifically request it. Even after we did, I’m 100% sure the bed sheets were never changed. The shower water pressure is extremely low, although the water does get nice and hot. The towel warmer in the bathroom was a nice touch. “Nice location. We had a nice room with porch. It was separated from the main building but it was just in front of it. Porch was not very clean as the outside of the main bldg but our room was very comfortable and we used the fireplace. Breakfast is super.”

Had a great conversation with the owner one night on the outside patio with a fire going in the fireplace on the patio. Would definitely stay there again when in the Woodstock area. Inn is dated 1791.”
