“Clean rooms”

“Staff greeted us with a smile, and we had requested a lower room was done. Room were cleaned when we arrived. Air conditioner was working, had to warm up the room. It was cool in So Cal. No need for breakfast, we were at perfect location for all the food places. Thank You Budget Inn in La Puente CA.”

“Everything thing about the stay was absolutely lovely.”

“We booked a suite, but it was one of the most convenient and comfortable rooms we’ve ever stayed in. Our favorite hotel in Monrovia.”

“I was there for. A business trip and was not impressed with the accommodation check in was great withe front seat. However I had issues with the supposed policy that they will not clean your room or provide fresh towels and coffee unless you ask????. So next day when I got off of work the room was as I left it. No clean towels no coffe, I called the lobby and they left me on hold until I hung up. Coffee machine only worked for two days. I would not stay there again.”

“It was a beautiful place, bed, shower, room was all comfortable, a little high price for nothing really different. No valet either.”

“Only concern was the hallways have no A/C and the shower faucet hot and cold doesn't stay at the temperature it changes on its own.”
