“Booked an ocean view room. Got a ground floor garden room which was a nice apartment. Remote didn’t work in bedroom for TV. Had to use wifi in the lounge room for the TV cause the aerial didn’t work. Everything was clean. Designated parking was good. Front door was hard to close.”

“Booked an ocean view room. Got a room at the back overlooking a road. No allocated parking. No information when checking in about wifi password (it’s on the fridge which could have been relayed at check-in). Air con didn’t seem to cool the room. Steps from car park to lifts. No ramp for suitcases. No trolleys for assistance with multiple suitcases. No local information in the room. No phone to contact reception for queries. ”
