“Korte's Resort is a wonderful place where we just spent one night on the road to Bundaberg. The room are spacious and clean and the hotel restaurant offers breakfast, lunch and dinner. The food they serve is awesome and the staff is kindly and helpful. one plus is the free parking just in the front of your room and you can meet some kangaroo late in the afternoon or early in the morning, just behind the hotel ”

“This is the perfect way to enjoy 1770. Directly across from the calm 1770 foreshore. The vibe of the cabins are tropical island getaway chic - open doors, bamboo, hammock. I stayed here with my three kids. Additionally, the host, Jan, is the loveliest person, very responsive and kind in her approach. Will only be staying here in the future when visiting my favourite place in Aus - worth every cent. ”

“Lovely clean room, staff pleasant and helpful. Couple of minor things, no light above the kettle and tea making area in the cupboard. It was very difficult to fill the kettle under the tap to the sink in the bathroom, in fact we used one of the mugs to fill it!”

“I have stayed at this property several times already, so I’m quite familiar with the experience here. One thing to be aware of is that communication can sometimes be slow. There have been multiple occasions where I had to call but no one answered, and when I sent a message it sometimes took 30 minutes or even a few hours to receive a reply. In some cases, guests may need to collect the key themselves for check-in, which seems to be the normal process here. Some rooms do not have a microwave,...
