“Apartment was filthy, food under the table. Had to sweep floor on arrival. No hot water for showers, was luke warm at very best! Staff wasn’t overly helpful, one of the worse apartments I ever stayed at! Reception hours stated that it closes at 5pm yet when I rang I was told 4pm shut and had to check in online and wasn’t helpful. Will never stay here again”

“Bed and pillows need refreshing. Door to balcony did not open. Aircon was good and shower ok, however not much room in bathroom. Did not feel as safe as I would like.”
