“Bellissimo hotel”

“Kevin was a marvelous host! We started the stay with two nights, but enjoyed the area enough to extend three more nights, with two different extensions. Kevin arranged the same room for each extension! Kevin ALWAYS greeted us by name and wished a wonderful travel at departure.”

“We had a good overnight stay, the pool was nice and pool towels provided. We ate at the adjoining restaurant, the meal was lovely! You have to pay and order at the counter which unfortunately wasn't explained when we were shown to our booked table. The rooms did have a strong wood polish smell. A gorgeous sunset view from our room, facing the main street. Mirrors in the bedrooms would be helpful, the only one was in the bathroom, but overall was a good place to stay.”

“We were on 12th floor & the shower was terrible , couldn't regulate the temp , one second scaulding hot next minute freezing cold , so didn't enjoy that at all , but appart from that was great accommodation & fantastic location , would recommend you to all our friends !”

“Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Very difficult getting luggage up awkward stairs for our room. Pay to book ground level. We were unlucky as had a view of a roof, carports and then a stormwater drain out the back. Other rooms looking over the pool looked awesome😳”
