“Posto bellissimo, ma caro e lontano dal resto. Personale sgradevole e poco flessibile. Siamo andati per riposare per 3 giorni. “A night in the rainforest was a magical experience! This place is so relaxing and well thought out. The rooms are completely screened so we left all the doors and windows open for the night and immersed ourselves in the sounds of the forest. Some lovely walks on the property too. Staff were wonderfully attentive and helpful. We enjoyed dinner on the edge of the pond accompanied by a chorus of frogs. “Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic.”

“Property called “Canopy Treehouses”. My booking stated “Deluxe Cabin” but upon arrival found we had been allocated a caravan that had an “eco toilet” (hole in the ground) that you couldn’t flush. I expected a treehouse in the trees. This was a birthday present for my Husband so was disappointed & thought it very expensive for what we got. Not recommended.”
