“Great”

“Booked last minute. No one onsite to check in. Owner eventually rang me and turned up with a key. Room was small but reasonably comfy and clean bed. Shared shower and toilets clean. No tea and coffee available. Outside BBQ with full ash-tray and needed cleaning and spruce up. One room was flooded. Owner was nice. Parking was on the property, but not enough spaces for the number of rooms. Definitely overpriced for what it was. Would I stay there again? Probably not! ”

“I’m so happy I made the choice to stay at this adorable B&B. The staff are fantastic, the rooms are clean and very comfortable, and laundry is available. The views are spectacular on the amazing deck and fr the other outdoor spaces. Breakfasts included fresh fruit and everything I needed to start my day. The walk into town/the beach was a short five minutes (could be a little steep for some folks, but Ubers available if needed) and the neighborhood is very quiet (except for the gorgeous birds...

“The 2 bedroom room was amazing for size. The view over mountains was amazing. Rubbish found under the bed. Dusty window seals. Outdoor table and chairs had cob webs. They didn’t leave remote controls for the aircons. So couldn’t adjust. Had to call after hours. Mac was amazing and came out. But the aircons turned off after a few hours. Bedrooms was freezing. Folded up Tables and a big white board was left in the main area which wasn’t ideal with a little one.”

“We enjoyed a relaxing, peaceful and comfortable stay at Mt Cotton Retreat. Sue was a pleasure to deal with and kind enough to offer us a complimentary upgrade to a superior room in the Boutique Hotel. The forest surroundings are beautiful and we enjoyed the indoor/outdoor areas where we could chill out and/or eat our meals. A comfortable bed, large bathroom and mid cons in our room made for a great stay. Thank you!”

The private plunge pool was such a bonus to splash into at the start and end of our adventurous days. Andre' was a very caring host who ensured our stay was exactly what we needed. “When we arrived the resort was shut down. I'm still waiting on Hotel.com to reply to me regarding refund of my deposit. Hotels.com need to remove this resort from any lists. ”

“I was lucky to have a very high floor so views were amazing! The bed and pillows are five star. The only glitch was retrieving keys/cards from corner shop...its awfully unorganised and just a mess to search through. I figured it out, but im sure there are many who struggle. Im surprised there isn't another organised, designated area to collect them..like Circle on Cavill Hotels do.”
