“The staff went above and beyond to ensure that we had the best possible experience. We were even picked up from the ferry terminal when public buses were not running due to flooding. Dinner in the upstairs dining area was a great opportunity to meet fellow guests/travellers”

“Fantastic had no idea of being a back packers venue at all stayed end of gold coast Alfred cyclone had particularly nothing yet greeted and looked after with my partner so kindly the bedroom was so clean welcoming bathroom clean and big had a very safe comfortable place to stay thank you to the man at reception for all your all your helo”

"Nice room, comfortable beds and pillows, great breakfast. The hotel parking was often full but fortunately you have enough free parking spots along the street close to the hotel. Quite far from the center of Cairns (25 min walking), but not too far from the airport (8 min by car). No express check-out procedure, Receptionists not that empathetic."
