Peace and greenery, evenings by the fire, walks in the sunken paths, mushrooms, mountain biking along the river. Superb walks on the south Finisterian coast, between the cliffs of the north and the sandy beaches of the south.

ACCOMMODATION
Possibility to be numerous (up to 14 people if there are children/babies).
You can comfortably be three couples (3 double rooms), have 5 children sleep in the dormitory (4 bunk beds+1 bed) and another person in the study (1 bed).
Two of the double rooms also have children's beds.

If you are more numerous, there is a possibility of extra sleeping in the attic, but this is only for emergency purposes, the level of comfort is less.
We provide a cot, a pushchair, a baby bouncer and a changing mat for the babies.

COVID 19 UPDATE: Due to the coronavirus, we take extra precautions between each stay by steam disinfecting frequently touched surfaces. House in a natural area and in a cul-de-sac: hours of peaceful walking.

- Numerous mountain bike trails downhill site for mountain bikers (stage of the Brittany championship)
- magnificent walk along the river Ellé, sunken paths and mushrooms all around the house. In the summer, there is a lovely freshwater swimming area in a shady natural setting. The area is popular with fishermen.
- The chapels of Sainte Barbe and Saint Fiacre at Le Faoüet, 15 minutes by car from the house.

CLEANING AND LINEN
We ask you to bring your own sheets for short stays (less than or equal to 3 nights). We prefer stays of more than 4 days during school holidays. A charge applies if you are more than 8 people (10 €/person/night).

We do not offer a cleaning service: this is our own house. We deliver it to you clean, we expect to get it back clean too and we want you to keep the responsibility of this cleanliness.

CAUTION
We always have lovely tenants. It only took one exception for us to realise, however, that Airbnb's help with the deposit issue was completely bogus. We now require a deposit cheque of 500 euros from our tenants.

PARTY NIGHTS
We are no longer hosting parties, following several complaints about night-time noise.
