viaggio di lavoro struttura perfetta
viaggio spesso per lavoro ed utilizzo l'app. di hotels.com per avere sempre disponibili strutture in base a dove mi trovo durante il mio viaggio. la struttura in questione era pulita e la camera adatta alle mie esigenze.

Sehr in die Jahre gekommenes Hotel. Lobby und Zimmer muffig. Augenscheinlich saubere Zimmer. Das Bett hat stark nach Essig, Chlor und Erbrochenes gerochen. Den Mangel haben wir leider erst nach der Dusche festgestellt. Ein Bettwäsche Tausch oder die Möglichkeit ein anderes Zimmer zu bekommen, war laut Rezeptionist nicht möglich. Die Begründung- wir hätten den Mangel direkt in den ersten 10 Minuten angeben müssen. Leider wenig kundenorientierte und dann auch sehr unfreundlich geworden. Schade. Die Nacht haben wir woanders verbracht.

Das Hotel Seegarten in Quickborn erschien mir, bei Anreise im Dunkeln mit starkem Regen, zunächst wenig einladend. Es gab offensichtlich bessere Zeiten für das Haus. Aber schon der Empfang durch einen überaus freundlichen und hilfsbereiten Herrn im Spätdienst korrigierte das Bild. Gut, die Einrichtung des Zimmers, EZ mit Dusche, ist in die Jahre gekommen. Sauberkeit und Reinheit im Bad ließen aber keine Wünsche aufkommen. Da kenne ich schlechtere 4- und 5- Sterne Häuser!! Das Frühstück bietet alles, was es für den Tagesstart braucht. Wünschen wird freundlich begegnet und die Dame des Service ist äußerst freundlich. Es tut mir in der Seele weh, wenn Restaurants und Gastronomie wegen abgewanderten Personals geschlossen sind. Hier reiht sich das Hotel in die traurige Kette der Corona-Opfer ein. Der Chambrair im Flur zeugte von besseren Tagen...

Sådan et dejligt sted dette hotel ligger og værelserne er meget store. Hvis jeg skulle give hel topkarakter vil jeg sige at der var alt for lidt lys på badeværelset samt sengene trænger til nye madrasser.

Zustand und Geruch des Hotels sind leider gewöhnungsbedürftig, die Nähe zu Autobahn und Flughafen ist deutlich hörbar. Das Frühstück war toll, die Mitarbeiter alle sehr nett und freundlich.

The sauna was funtioning (the reason we booked) the hot water ran out after about 5 mins of showering. There were also dust mites in the throwblanket (also had cigarette burns in it ). Ontop of all this expedia was terribly unsupportive and demanded that I show pictures of the deficiencies.

Nettes Personal, sauber, unschöne Umgebung (Autobahn in der Nähe). besonders beim angepriesenen See ist es laut. Weiterhin ist der See eine Hundebadestelle. Entsprechend findet man beim See leider auch Hundekot. Schön für Hundehalter, aber nichts für Erholung.

Der Check in war etwas verwirrend aber das Problem konnten wir schnell lösen. Einrichtung ist vielleicht nicht die modernste aber gut erhalten und sauber. (Meine Gardine war oben etwas dreckig) Bett war sehr bequem Personal war sehr nett und zuvorkommend Wir hatten noch ein Frühstück dazu gebucht. Man war bemüht das es uns an nichts fehlt und es war wirklich ausreichend, große Auswahl und lecker ! Die Lage ist perfekt für Besucher mit Hund oder die etwas ruhiger unter kommen möchten. Für den Preis wirklich sehr zu empfehlen. Sollte es mich nochmal mit dem Auto nach Hamburg verschlagen dann werden wir wieder dort buchen

A lovely stay at this charming hotel
We were pleasantly surprised with this charming hotel. Although it’s not new, it has been very well maintained. The outside and the foyer can give you an outdated feel, but the halls and rooms are very charming, spacious and spotless. Its really remarkable how clean everything is: no dirt, no dust.. Many hotels can really take an example from this. You notice that a lot work was done to renovate. Rooms are freshly painted and it seems that this is something that is done regularly. I think this hotel is ran by two people and it’s nice to see how passionate they are with maintenance and the service. The bathrooms are also very clean and hygienic. No spots, no mold, clean showers,… even freshly painted walls (above the tiles) and fresh clean silicon in the seams of the shower. In short: you see a lot of work is done to maintain everything. For only 7,5€ you get a very complete breakfast. Eggs, breads, sereals, quite the choices in cheese and meats, jams, several yochurts, juices, coffee and much more. Many hotels who charge double dont even serve half or deliver the same standard of service. If I need to give a negative point: a second pillow would have been nice. But I bet that if you asked, even that would not have been a problem. Outside is a small lake, ideal for walking or taking out the dog. This was for us the perfect place to stay a night while passing through. We will definitely come back next time.

Es waren alle super nett und freundlich. Das Hotel ist sicher ein wenig in die Jahre gekommen aber trotzdem weiterzuempfehlen und sehr sauber. Wir würden auf jeden Fall nochmal dort buchen. Schade dass das Restaurant derzeit geschlossen ist aber sicher den Umständen und Personal ot geschuldet. Super das man auf Nachfrage auch Haustiere mitbringen kann, ein Badesee mit Hundestrand ist gleich am Hotel.

Wir waren beim Metallica Konzert und haben hier übernachtet mit Frühstück. Uns hat das Hotel vollkommen gereicht. Personal sehr freundlich. Bei unserem nächsten Aufenthalt in HH kommen wir gern wieder. Viele Grüße Zimmer 105 😉

Dårlig værelse, lille seng, meget hård ,bad om et andet værelse, men alt udsolgt, trods få mennesker. Restaurant lukket pga. manglerne personale. Dårlige morgenmad. Tarassen Tom, fyldt med ukrudt. Billeder på brochurer snyder. Sengetøj lugter, gammelt hotel. Kommer aldrig igen. KAN IKKE ANBEFALES. Hotel Seegarten.😫
