“Chrissy was so nice as our server! I left my bag behind and they held on to it. No money was missing and they asked a few questions to be sure the right person got it. That says a lot right there. The bakery help was genuinely caring and helpful. Try the pecan sticky buns! You ll thank me! The pool was so clean. It's salt water according to my husband. It was very empty too. This is very close to Old Sturbridge Village.”

“The hotel room was very clean and quiet. The pool was very nice and refreshing! Breakfast had a nice selection of healthy options. The only things I did not like was, that they charge extra for early check-in before 300pm. I feel that the check out would work much better if it was at 12 noon, instead of 1100am.”

“While there weren't any food options, the room was spacious, modern and very clean. Bed was comfortable and amenities included a fridge and microwave. Service was excellent and price was very reasonable. Convenient to shops and restaurants. Planning to stay again.”

“It is an older hotel but you can tell a lot of work is done to it. Everything was bright, clean and working. The bed was comfortable and the area was pretty quiet. You get what you pay for here. I did enjoy that the room I had, had a mini fridge, seeing I bring up my own soda and snack etc. ”

“This property has not been updated in a long time. This had to be amazing in its day. Geese are all over and poop in the water so we couldn’t swim in the lake. There’s a fee for the fire pit. No food or drinks due to lack of staff. No coffee or microwave in room, no hot tub. But… great staff, pool great, nice on first floor facing lake (chairs provided to sit outside, upgraded for free, price was very reasonable for we got, clean room, bed ok, excellent food locations nearby. We would stay...

“We enjoyed our stay, the only issues were lack of some standard hotel items, namely a coffee machine, alarm clock and phone. There was a microwave and refrigerator, but the only cups were plastic so using the microwave to heat water for instant coffee wasn't even a possibility. If you don't care about coffee or alarm clocks, we found everything else sufficient. ”

“The Inn is an old post and beam; beautiful old house. The room was not your typical hotel room; it was an Inn room - much more character & charm.
Only negative was my creamer for my needed morning coffee had gone bad :(”
