"Ok. I am giving this a VERY high score. Now, keep in mind that this is a very uninhabited part of Newfoundland. The biggest town is 30 mins away and is 2000 people. It is close to L'Anse Aux Meadows and St. Anthony's, and they could phone it in and give reasonable accommodations...but they don't. ..."
