DO NOT STAY HERE unless you want to possibly lose your money..This hotel could not accommodate not poisoning me and due to my severe medical condition, which they knew of, I had to sleep on the balcony. I could not afford another room and had already rented this one for several days..To get them to hold my things for my cotopaxi trip, Not only did I leave a day early due to the toxic conditions and they got an extra $24 out of me, I paid them $10 and told them I would return in 7 days.I only reserved a room on the 8th Because I needed them to hold my baggage, which they still charged me for... I had a heart attack climbing the volcano and the doctor in Lasso instructed me that I cannot go back to that hotel as it is highly poisonous And it will surely trigger another cardiac episode.. Not the main part of the hotel , but all of the rooms.. Upon speaking to the owner of the hotel, they refused to refund my money for the last day. They care not for my health or the fact that I may have to sleep on the street here Because i'm in a foreign country with no more funds, and i've paid my money to them.. For a $24 a night room, adding $16 of protection, which would have done nothing for me....just didn't make any sense. I do not by any means Recommend this hotel.I suggest you stay far far away from it. Trying to manage my money on this trip.With this hotel being my destination was a complete nightmare. The hotel know i had a heart attack and does not care.
