“환불불가 상품에 날짜를 잘못 선택해 예약했는데, 사정을 설명하니 흔쾌히 날짜를 수정해 주셨어요. 제가 묵은 방에는 큰 창문이 없어(창문이 있긴 하나, 에어컨 실외기가 놓여있고 비둘기들이 모여서 창문이 무용지물이었음) 방 안이 다소 습하긴 하였으나 묵는 동안 잘 지냈습니다. 친구 가족이 과거 묵었을 때 좋았다고 해서 추천 받아 간 곳인데, 추천한대로 괜찮더라구요. 숙소 사장님은 밝은 성격에 외향적인 분으로 인도 여행 관련 정보를 많이 알려주셨고요, 필요한 것들 요청하면 보통 5분 이내로 바로 처리해 주셨습니다. 건물 경비 분(특히 밤에 근무하시는 분)은 저희가 아그라, 자이푸르에 간다고 새벽 5시에 나가는 바람에 잠을 깨웠음에도 친절하게 문 열어주셔서 감사하고 죄송했어요. 참, 호텔이 위치한 동네 자체가 조용한 주택가라 안전했습니다! ”

“The place is decorated (read congested) to the point of being dysfunctional. The staff is unprofessional and cold.”

“Certo non mi aspettavo chissà che cosa, visto il costo del soggiorno. Mi aspettavo di essere un po’ più vicino al centro. Sicuramente mi aspettavo un angolo bar.... Un po’ più di preparazione da parte del personale, per aiutare i turisti, non avevano neanche una mappa della città. ”

“Staff is courteous and helpful. Rooms have safes but many are not in working conditions. 1st floor has better more modern rooms. Think of this as a 2 to 3 star level hotel, unless on 1st floor.”

“Thikana is a wonderful place to stay, hosts are so accomodating, rooms are large, modern and kept spotless. The food is delicious. Great location, South Delhi is a peaceful little oasis in the big city. If you ask with enough advance warning Thikana can help arrange you a driver for your stay - very trustworthy and very reasonable prices.”

“The room was clean and good decor for the price we paid. This is not a 5 star hotel but we got amazing staff and service all throughout our stay. What could be better? - if their was a toilet roll holder, instead of reaching for the roll in the window sill which is behind you. Other than this nice hotel for the price.”

“It was a lovely homestay in a beautiful home. The home was located in a very quiet enclave with a small neighborhood park 10 meters outside the entrance door, and another around the block. The family was very welcoming and helpful. Amit (Amir?), an employee was very gracious.My bed was firm. I already have my return booked with them. ”
