Because you arrived little bit sooner, we thought we would do well by offering to take the room (once it clean and available) and complete towels and accessories gradually missing. Dear Katherine, First of all, we would like to thank you for your comment which is really important for us! As mentioned in another comments, we had a technical problem with our reservation platform during 2 weeks in December 2019. It was the first time that kind of problem happened and we did our best to solution the situation. Effectively, we booked for you a room in another Riad to insure, in good conditions, your stay at Rabat. You asked for a second room saying that the first one was to small, we did the necessary and took in our charge the second room (as well as the first room). We called the Riad during your stay to know if everything was great and everything seemed to be OK! We informed you on the fact that we were available for you, anytime during your stay if necessary but finally you never get back to us. Our main objective is to bring to our Guest nice experience on their stay at Rabat, that is really important for us! The Riad Dar Yanis propose same kind of prestation as Riad El Bir and we are more or less at the same price level. We would like to apologize a new time for the disturbing! Nous tenons tout d'abord à vous remercier pour la confiance que vous nous avez accordé. Nous sommes surpris de votre dernier commentaire portant sur deux sujets sur lesquels nous accordons une importance toute particulière ! Les litières sont nettoyées quotidiennement et l'accès à la terrasse est interdit durant cette période ce à cause des fortes précipitations hivernales. La terrasse est donc normalement fermée. Quant à la literie, nous investissons régulièrement dans le confort des chambres afin de répondre du mieux que possible aux attentes de nos hôtes. Cordialement,

Nos habla del estado de la habitacion asi como de las sabanas y toallas, que son importantes! Nos habla tambien de picaduras sobre todo el cuerpo? Eso es efectivamente inaceptable! Este tema merece de ser discutido directamente, sin hesitacion! Usted tiene que saber que acordamos mucha importancia a la limpieza asi que al conforte de nuestros Guests!
