Ótimo hotel para todos os tipos de estadia.
Bom hotel. Bem localizado. Próximo a Medina e a alguns locais como a Medina e torre de hassein. Camas confortáveis e café da manhã ok. Único porém é que a climatização era apenas quente. Não tinha opção para frio. Tivemos que desligar o climatizador e deixar a janela aberta para refrescar o ambiente. Em frete a um Carrefour. Na avenida possui diversas lanchonetes e dois pontos para comprar bebidas alcoólicas.

I've stayed here many times before and have always loved this hotel.. it's very close to everything you need while visiting Rabat.. The recent renovations were very nice and I enjoyed my stay very much again.. The staff is always so friendly and the rooms director and front desk staff personally ensured my two rooms were in order for my reservation.. The breakfast staff in the morning were also very friendly and made sure everyone was well taken care of every morning.. The front door gentleman was always willing to help and assist you immediately with a smile ..I stayed here 14 nights and I will definitely continue to stay here because of the great hospitality and recommend to my friends and colleagues when they come to visit Rabat from the US... Thank you for a wonderful stay...

J’arrive dans la chambre, elle était pas encore faite. La femme de ménage rentre et fait les lits , je demande : vous changer pas les draps? Elle me répond non , on change pas tous les jours. J’etais Choquée.

Didn’t meet expectations
Location and staff were great, however the room was not what I expected at all. The description stated it was a twin superior room with a 42” inch tv and plenty of channels. The room was very outdated the bathtub drew a brown maybe rust like water when we tried to run a bath. The tv must’ve been 28” with 10 channels. Overall the whole hotel could do with a major modern renovation. Not impressed.

I booked non smoking room . They gave me a smoking room on first night . Also we had to share bath towel with my wife . And the duvet was too single bed rather than double bed . Air con was not working and room was too cold at night .. they gave us another room after complaining. But the experience on first day left us in bad mood. Hotel .com gave us information that city tax is €2.00 person but they ended charging is €4.00 person per night .. it seems Hotel.com didn’t update information. I don’t think the fees reflect the rating of Hotel per say . I stayed at hotel Agdal(3 star) in Marakech . It seems that Hotel is far much better than this Rihad Hotel WiFi service is good but not good on second floor . The smelly room had fridge which was working, but the suit room . So called top of the range room didn’t have one . And the floor board were old peeling away the top layer Hotel.com booked but they had invoice saying Expedia booked for us .. wonder if Hotel.com made some cut out of booking

Einfach Top! Super schnelle Buchung über Ebookers keine 5min hatte ich mein Zimmer. Hotel Rihab in Rabat war sehr angenehm. Sogar deutsch sprachiges Servicepersonal vor Ort hatte mich überrascht, sehr nett und hilfsbereit. Halfen mir sogar meine neue Flugbuchung auszudrucken die ich benötigte. Ich habe mich super wohlgefühlt. Sauberkeit war auch für mich sehr gut, super Ambiente. Ich konnte sogar Baden und schlafen im Doppelbett. Frühstück alles was das Herz begehrt mit super Dachterasse. Die Bilder im Flur fand ich auch sehr interessant, dass alte Marokko noch vor 80 Jahren. Umgebung kann ich nicht genau beurteilen da ich erst spät ankam und früh wieder weg war. Aber Carrfour war gegenüber die vielleicht sogar Bio Produkte anbieten, aber bin mir nicht sicher. Zum Schluß kann ich nur sagen, alles lob gebührt den allmächtigen Herrn. Für mich war es ein Segen

A éviter absolument
Hôtel extrêmement décevant.Ne mérite pas plus de 2 étoiles. A éviter absolument. Alors que j'avais annoncé mon arrivée vers 19/20 h : pas de papier toilette, pas de bouteille d'eau (promise), coffre fermé et inutilisable, frigo débranché (et vide). Plus: le bac de la douche se vidait plus lentement que ne coulait l'eau de la douche, la douche de la baignoire ne pouvait être utilisée que tenue en main sous peine d’inonder la pièce. Sans oublier le revêtement de sol, lino imitation parquet, dans un triste état. Je confirme également l'absence d'isolation phonique, tant intérieure (couloir) qu'extérieure (rue). Ainsi quel'indigence du petit-déjeuner. La suite (!) que j'avais réservée ne tenait ses promesses que par le volume des pièces et la qualité de la literie.

A zero star hotel
If possible I would have given this hotel a zero star. My worse experoence for paying for a 4 star hotel and getting the service and cleanness of a 1 star hotel. When we got the room, there was no pillow cover on the pillows . I called room services 3 times to send us pillow covers but nobody showed up, we ended up sleeping without pillows. The garbage can didn't have any bottom so all the garbages was coming out of the can. very dirty sheets and towels with stains were in our room. Please be carefull when booking this hotel, as you won't get the services for the money you paid. the breakfast was very bad so, nothing was fresh. They had expired yougurt , not so fresh breads and unhealthy juices for the breakfast

Very Bad Service
This could have been a nice esperience exept for two things !. Very Poor customer Service 2. No internet! Today's travel demands internet and when it is advertised, it should have decent internet. I had problems with the staff (and yes they spoke English) about getting a few extra pillows. My wife and I have health issues BTW. I asked a maid and she shook here head yes AND WE WAITED, I then went to the front desk and asked and he said sure he would have them sent right up AND WE WAITED, A couple of hours later I approached the front desk and the new on duty desk clerk said sure he would send them right up AND WE WAITED. I came down an hour later and asked what happened and he said he sent them to the wrong room. They would be sent right up! AND WE WAITED. An hour later 9over five hours from my first request) I came down to the desk and just looked at him. He called someone over and they started arguing. AT this point, I was tired of WAITING. I raised my voice and started yelling. You know what? I got my pillows! I strongly recommend that you stay away from this place and would not even think about going there again.

Hotel bien situé en centre ville , staff accueillant, rapide. Petit déjeûner varié suffisant mais mal présenté (nappes vaisselle, absence de quoi réchauffer toasts ou crêpes marocaines, café imbuvable) salle lugubre de quoi vous couper l'appêtit. Dommage pour un hôtel de bonne architecture, récent (2007!!!), quatre étoiles ,centre ville.

Meerdere hotels in rabat bezocht en deze was het slechts. Kamer ipv suite zoals geboekt, verstopte wc met behoeftes er in en geen andere kamer kunnen krijgen. Morgen is er een andere kamer vrij vertelde ze maar de volgende dag kreeg je geen andere kamer. Eens maar nooit weer.

Hôtel bien situé. Le rapport qualité prix est intéressant. Manque cependant plusieurs efforts pour sa mise à niveau en termes d'aménagement et d'entretien. La propreté est un axe prioritaire par lequel il faut commencer. L'état des ascenseurs inquiète. Dommage qu'il ne profite pas de son emplacement pour améliorer son positionnement.
