“The living room was comfortable and the kitchen was decent, but the bathrooms weren’t as pictured. The apartment overall feels poorly finished, with a lot of quick fixes that were done carelessly. Very little effort was made to make it feel cozy. While the furniture is technically the same as in the pictures, the photos make the apartment appear much nicer than it actually is. “Good (quiet) location less than 30 min walking from Agdal station. The flat has adequate room and the bed is comfortable. For getting around the city, there is a tram stop nearby on Ave de France and petit taxis are easy to find (even when it is raining). Many eating options in the area. For self-catering, Carrefour grocery is 15 min walking. Kitchenette has a two-burner butane cooker but don't plan to cook much because there are only a couple of small pans to use. “Absolutely awful building. My room reeked of cigarettes all night and day and the bed sheets were filthy. The mattress may well have been a sheet of timber. I had a three night stay but cancelled after one night because of the awful condition of the room. I requested a refund but it was rejected. Avoid this place. The pictures are deceptive.”
