“We requested extra toilet paper. The lady at the desk was very helpful but had to give us a roll that was used for restrooms because she did not have access to regular ones. We thought it was ridiculous that our maid did not leave another roll for us.”

“Breakfast was from 7 to 9:30. At 8 am there was hardly anything left. You do pay extra for dogs which is fine but the rooms should be just as nice as the other rooms. Bathroom was extremely small. Hotel is extremely dated. Carpet in the hallway was filthy.”

“Our room was dirty, there were fake eyelashes attached to the night stand, we saw it the next morning. Our toilet kept running but we didn't notice until bed time. I had reserved a room w/ queen beds, noticed at night the beds were only full size but it was late. Tried to use the pool, the main reason I booked it but there was a horrible constant noise running in the pool and the tiles were broken, the hot tub would not get hot.
