“Overall things were good except few things like dining and all”

“Eventhough the rooms appeared clean and new. The cups kept had dirt on them. The water was smelly. Also the AC was functioning in one of our rooms, when I informed they checked but it was not fixed. When checked with the reception while checking out the response was cold and they told since we booked online they coild do nothing on payment. They were not even ready to apologize Restaurant was closed due to gas shortage ”

“Room:no 314: 2 lights out of 4, not working ,room seemed dark. Bathroom: seemed dark with 1 light. Sink was leaking. Lot of mosquitoes in the room. Tiny roach. When we checked in the doorman did not offer to carry our bags inside even for senior citizens. For foreign tourists may not feel satisfaction at this place.”

“Very noisy street and so all night has too much noise. No room service or restaurant. ”

“Room was clean and spacious, Manager was very smart and polite, ready to assist for everything, it’s great experience, the hotel can reach to 4Star if they can do some changes, which I advised to the Manager”

“This is a no frills hotel - good for a quick overnight stay. On a busy street and no ocean view. But it worked for us because we walked early morning for the sunrise views - it's another story that there was no sunrise view because of cloud conditions. ”

“Restaurant excellent for evening meal. Check-in experience good. Noise from alarms and building works annoying. View from room directly into incomplete rooms or another constitution site. Room small compared to other Indian 4* hotels, although much cheaper too. Location slightly out of town, close to sunset point.”
