“The room was beautiful and the staff helpful but the shower didn’t get hot and the towels were thin and tiny. ”

“For the price, I found it to be quite nice. It was simple, doesn't look like much from the outside, but the rooms were very clean. They also use the newer, quieter air conditioners, as opposed to the old, loud things still far too common at budget hotels in the U.S. Pool was clean and cool. Nice soft lighting around the beds for winding down. I would stay here again, no hesitation. ”

“We enjoyed our stay. Very comfortable room and good breakfast. Our one complaint is that we requested housekeeping services and got a stack of towels instead. We had to put the dirty towels in the hall and ask for toilet paper.”

“The shower curtain was torn and disgusting. The shower faucet was difficult. The electric outlet doesn’t work. The blanket was old and had many holes. There were no chairs or lamps. The heater was very loud.”

“We have a big family and the suite comfortably accommodated 6 of us. The breakfast was great and the kids also had fun at the pool. We would stay here again for sure.”

“Rude, unfriendly, treated guest behind me differently even though I was not rude to them, there was a different man at the front desk last time I stayed: he was kind, friendly and welcoming. This man was a bit older, and seemed to be taking something out on me; he was also writing down the cash deposit amount on a piece of paper, and charged the person behind me slightly less; which he admitted to. There were no problems during my stay 2 weeks prior; and I was not charged a deposit before nor...

“Il posto è piacevole, il golf non in buone condizioni di manutenzione e non ci è stato comunicato ( veniamo in California per giocare a golf e non è ammissibile non comunicarti che i green sono carotati e sabbiati e poi tutto il campo da golf non è in buone condizioni, la reception ti addebita ogni giorno una nuova cauzione senza avvisartii e non un blocco ma un reale addebito pur avendo lasciato una carta di credito a garanzia( inammissibile) e senza poterlo verificare”
