Hotel vicino a Rady Children Hospital - Escondido

“What a horrible experience. We first got in around 10pm and was told we got a room upgrade. My partner and I got a suite with a large comfy bed and instead got shoved into a corner disability unit with two small beds “suite”. We had horrible noise from upstairs neighbors all night and slept for only two hours that night. Lights weren’t turning on, ants in the shower. I asked to speak to a manager who was coming in later and was told they would help me by having him call me back he never did. I...

“Tutto ok”

“This resort is dreamy! The staff is incredible and sweet!”

“Clean room friendly staff great breakfast”

“Of all of my stays in this area, this was my least favorite hotel. First, although bungalow sounds luxurious, the room is actually in a row of rooms so more like a motel. The outside faces a parking lot so no view. Like any other motel it has two tiny windows so little light in the room. They should have used the money for this on a better tv since the only...

“Most everything was fine except for a few things. Bathrooms needed a refresh on paint and caulking. The worst part is the noise factor from floors above. You could hear every footstep. I would not book this room again for that one factor alone.”

“Thought parking was free but got there and told it’s $20 a night otherwise everything was great”

“Stayed in Ada accommodations room where I viewed the parking lot instead of the golf course I paid for the golf course view, but I was placed in the parking lot view the shampoo and hair supplies in the bathtub for ADA are far away from the seat difficult to operate and the shampoo turns your hair into straw and the conditioner just loads on additional compounds to your scalp and dries it out. I did not receive the complementary snacks or drinks in my room that most guest, you I was...

“Booked for my kids and they said they had no issues. Room was clean. Staff was nice. Sadly they missed the breakfast cause they slept late. But would definitely stay again.”

“Oct 3 rd we didn't have water to showe ourselves in the morning due to some water hydrant accident. But hotel didn't inform us regarding the inconvenience or do nothing. It was very inconvenient and handle poorly.”
