“Una bettola, il peggior albergo in cui siamo mai stati. Una TRUFFA dal momento che abbiamo pagato per dormire e non abbiamo dormito! La struttura è talmente vecchia che se i vicini camminano nella loro stanza scricchiolano e si muovono le assi nella tua; se si accende la tv in una stanza è come averla nella propria; se c'è una festa al pub al pianterreno è come averla nella propria stanza. In tre notti abbiamo sperimentato tutto questo e quando, al culmine dell'esasperazione, volevamo parlare...

“The Fork restaurant is very good, no matter what’s on the menu you won’t be disappointed. Staff is always kind with a smile on their face they make you feel at home. The room is cleaned equipped with everything you may need. Location is perfect just a 15min on foot from Galway city centre and no worries with the car park. I strongly recommend this hotel. From my experiences everything was perfect, my third time in there and for sure not the last one I’ll be back when I Galway.”

“Check in was easy and staff was friendly. The room has no air circulation and no fan for hotter days. We had to keep the window open to get air but then it was light in the room and the birds don't stop so we got very little sleep. No tv. Only 2 pillows would've liked to have 2 more. The lobby was nice though. These are reasons I rated it so low. More for younger crowd who just need a bed to sleep in and could pass out anywhere.”

“Staff super helpful and came at a time when it wasn't busy so no complaints about noise. We only stayed one night and did the job. Shared kitchen was helpful.”

“Purtroppo non all'altezza delle nostre aspettative. Leggendo boutique residence non ci saremmo aspettati una camera così piccola senza uno spazio per appoggiare le cose, o un tavolino o qualcosa di simile. Inoltre il servizio reception purtroppo non è continuativo e le indicazioni per l'ingresso sono scomode in quanto trovasi all'interno di una vietta privata. Infine la pulizia non è stato il loro pinto di forza. Purtroppo non siamo rimasti soddisfatti.”

“Room was fantastic, virtual staff helpful, free onsite parking, Super fast internet, almost near Galway shops, kitchen had all the cooking/baking/cleaning equipment to use, as well as free tea/coffee/cookies...common property inside and outside needs a bit of shining up, but overall, value for money.”
