“No bed covers provided. Pillows were plastic and like concrete. Door did not lock properly. Sofa was torn and had holes in it. No hot water from the shower.”

“The rooms in which we stayed, beautiful and comfortable and clean. The staff was accommodated and kind. The amenities were everything that we were looking for including the flatscreen TV that allow me to watch my Netflix and YouTube. These features are hard to find in comparable locations. The food was of good taste and had lots of variety. The shower and bath. In the bathroom or clean. And modern was good water pressure and a deep bathtub. ”
