“The property is historic, so it reflects the 240 years since built. If you value historical sites, this is the property for you. The Chef was very kind and thoughtful. Breakfasts were very good. Our bathroom needed updating and under the beds hadn't been dusted in a while. Comfortable and clean beds. Slow internet considering the locale. Tuesday and Wednesday nights not the best for dining options in the area.”

“Il soggiorno e' stato piacevole nonostante il fatto che abbiamo dovuto chiedere il cambio delle lenzuola che sembravano usate. La persona al desk e' stata responsive e gentile. L' hotel e' ben posizionato rispetto ad Harpers Ferry anche se isolato da altre facilita'.Non abbaino consumato la colazione che sembrava minimale e di scarsissima qualità'. Prezzo economico. Nonostante tutto un rapporto sufficiente fra prezzo e qualità'.”

“After driving 11 hours straight, I really didn't need the indifferent desk clerk. The room they assigned me was okay, a bit worn looking, and the carpet seemed dingy. Also, the hotel guests who smoked, did so on the sidewalk in front, and the smoke smell came in the intake of the air conditioner. Breakfast was good, and I was surprised that the coffee was excellent. I've stayed at this property multiple times, and this, by far, wasn't the best visit. The front desk person needed some more...

“Smelled like cigarettes, not a place to stay if you want to relax. I checked in, the elevator wasn’t working so I walked through the stairwell which smelled like urine and cigarettes before getting to my room. It seemed more like a poorly maintained apartment building than a hotel. Bed was extremely uncomfortable and there were loud arguments going on throughout multiple surrounding rooms. “Rooms clean breakfast and the pool was well kept. Staff very helpful. Our room was very noisy due to street traffic. We had another room on the other side of the building in 29 minutes ”

“This place was yucky in all the ways you hope a hotel won’t be yucky. I got hit on by a creepy guy in the lobby, I found two cockroaches in my room, my coffee machine was filled with mold, the refrigerator smelled like spoiled milk, the Wi-Fi connection was crap, and starting at four in the morning - right outside my door - there was a man yelling at his wife while he tried to fix his broken truck. The stuff of nightmares. Stay away.”

“Great room, quiet, the most COMFORTABLE bed. The breakfast was great, except maybe the eggs were obviously instant but still edible. This location was close to everything we needed. Couldn't be happier with our choice.”
