“They asked us to go to different property as there was construction going on. They didn't inform us before check in. The property we got was not even 4 star. There was no parking for car and rooms were also very normal.”

“The staff were great. The location was perfect and close to main Darjeeling mall. The floors in the room and multiple junctions in the lobby area are uneven which may cause discomfort and extra attention especially for elderly people.”
