“Séjour correct dans l'ensemble, mais insonorisation des murs très moyenne. Le lit principal est bon, contrairement au canapé lit trop petit et trop mou. Pour la cuisine, quelques équipements en plus auraient été les bienvenus. Manque une VMC plus puissante dans la salle de bain. La configuration de l'appartement est correct et l'emplacement intéressant pour aller au centre ville à pied. Communication et réactivité du responsable excellente.”

“Overall a great location and nice size apartment. Only issue was on arrival the place was not pre-cooled, and being the penthouse it was very warm in the unit. It took until after sunset for it to begin getting comfortable. Secondly the hot water system was not on, and we did not discover this until morning shower time. Once these issues were addressed, the rest of the stay was nice.”

“Very much disappointed., I was shocked when I found that our room was alloted in the basement of the hotel. The room was dark as the amount of daylight enters through two small windows at ceiling height is very less. It is worth mentioning here that we had to cancel earlier accommodation and book this particular hotel hurriedly because to meet the requirements of Slovenian Consular for submission of non refundable hotel booking document for Visa approval. “The unit was very small and would not have slept the number of people as advertised. The closet was broken in one of the rooms. The kitchen was not well equipped. with cleaning supplies. There were no paper towels or cleaning sponges or clothes. We used towels from the bathroom. There was no pitcher to heat water for tea or coffee. There was no coffee. The unit was very close to the city center and that was nice. The unit was clean.The host had double booked the property and we had to move out...
