Nuova costruzione con tre camere da letto e quarto un soppalco con un divano letto e Trundle tutte le camere hanno il bagno completo.
A pochi minuti dall'aeroporto internazionale, (RDU), RTP, Duke UNC Chapel Hill, NCU, Downtown Raleigh,
e
 a pochi minuti da hotel ben noti come Marriott Courtyard, Residence Inn, Hilton Double Tree Suite e molti altri anche a cinque minuti dal South Point Mall e da tutti i ristoranti e minuti per accedere alla HWY 1-40, 54,55,540, 1-85 e molti altri di Hwy.

Totale tre camere da letto completamente arredate da cui due camere da letto principale e una terza camera da letto e un quarto un soppalco con un letto giorno e rotelle. (l'occupazione totale può essere di 8 o più ...)

Piano terra :( Primo piano)

... un open space con soggiorno arredato con divano in pelle (3 posti) e pelle amore, e poltrona in pelle, camino, grande TV, cucina spaziosa con tutti gli elettrodomestici aggiornati come forno a microonde, angolo cottura, grande frigorifero con frigocongelatori separati , utensili lussuosi tutti nuovi di zecca, caffè e caffettiera (entrambi K-cups e filtro) fornelli (riso, verdure e carne) patio con griglia a carbone, tonnellate di recipienti da cucina, bollitore e sala da pranzo che ospita otto cene e sala colazione con ripiano in granito e altro .... e un mezzo bagno.

Secondo piano:

una camera da letto principale, cabina armadio, bagno con due lavandini, cabina armadio e cabina doccia con doccia regolabile. (shampoo condizionatore, sapone liquido disponibile), tavolo stazione di lavoro, grande tetto a tazze TV e pavimento in legno.

Lavanderia con lavatrice e asciugatrice di alta qualità.
(Detersivo per lavatrice fornito)

Seconda camera da letto con tavolo stazione di lavoro e cabina armadio e bagno completo.

Loft con un Day Bed and Trundle ... grande finestra con panca per sedersi e rilassarsi. (Due persone possono dormire in Loft).

Terzo piano:

una camera da letto principale con cabina armadio, tavolo stazione di lavoro, computer, grande TV, tetto benna, grande finestra con panca per sedersi e rilassarsi e bagno completo.
Il terzo piano è disponibile quando ci sono più di quattro ospiti.

Parcheggio: due parcheggi del proprietario contrassegnati 1007 e altri quattro parcheggi disponibili per parcheggiare durante il giorno fino alle 7:00 pm

The cleaning staff leaves much to be desired. I had to go to UNC for brain surgery. I needed a place close by for my husband and elderly parents to stay while I was in the hospital. The toilets had urine streaks down the front of the, there are large cobwebs hanging from the ceiling & the fridge was dirty & had leftovers in it. My mom clean the fridge & toilet. The host was great, house was nice but the cleaning crew needs replaced

The location was perfect — close to Masjid, the South Point mall, and plenty of restaurants, yet quiet and peaceful. The little touches and the accommodations really made it feel like home. I would absolutely stay here again and highly recommend.

We loved loved loved this location. Everything was perfect two out of the three nights, but on the third day the air conditioning stopped working. The thermostat was set for 71 and the central air unit was on however, the cold air never came out of the vents in the house, began to heat up during the day. It was an uncomfortable 90 inside the house. Other than that, the stay there was perfect.

Holiday Family Outing

The Premier Host distinction is well earned and deserved. The property is a prime example of excellent hospitality. I was able to host my family just as I would at home. Samuel’s thoughtfulness can be seen in details throughout the property. If we’re back in Durham, this would be our desired lodging! God bless you and your family, Samuel!

Inaccurate listing & no communication

It started out fine. Timely communication for checkin. Location isn’t wonderful but I knew that. There is a media sofa in the master instead of a dresser. There is, however, a dresser in the den. It is dated and rather beat up (as mentioned in other reviews).I remember thinking I was expecting more space but we were so busy with graduation activities, and we had enough space, that I didn’t check the listing. I would have found that there was another bedroom and full bath pictured and listed. Having now gone back to older reviews, I would have released they were behind the locked door at the to of some stairs. My 21 YO son slept on the daybed and shared the bath with a family friend so whatever. If that was it, I probably would not have left a review, good or bad. I reached out on the last full day to see about a later check out, offering to pay, and got no response. That night, we got home late. The family friend went to plug in (should have wondered) the lamp on the bedroom and received a shock due to the frayed cord. This threw the breaker for that room and the daybed room, both switches and plugs. We searched for the breaker box, unsuccessfully. I emailed (via website) asking for the location. No response. The family friend usually sleeps with a c pap so that was not available.We left 2 days ago and have still not received any communications.

Perfect location for our needs, very nice neighborhood, pretty, quiet, comfortable, walkable, welcoming. Loved floor plan and furnishings - spacious, peaceful, inviting. However, inside property could use better care (cleaning, repainting) - it's in the details! (We did clean some things in bath, kitchen ourselves before using). Overall appearance and comfort (beds, seating, dining space) was excellent! We would choose this place again for our next visit.

Misleading and Not Very Clean.

The listing is misleading saying this is a new construction property. This house was built in 2015 and the wear and tear is obvious. Upon entering the home it smells like urine maybe from a dog or cat. The home was not very clean from the floors, refrigerator, microwave, stove, and some of the bathrooms. One of the comforters had 6 urine stains, some of the towels and face towels were dingy. After contacting the host he messaged me back the next day to say it wasn't cleaned as well because he asked the cleaning crew to be finished by 12pm instead of 3pm so I could check earlier after 1pm. At check out it says to take the sheets off the bed. Well, there were some surprises there. One of the mattresses had blood stains & the other had urine stains. I informed the host and he didn't respond until I had to message him again today. I asked for some money back since we had to spend a great deal of time cleaning. The response was he had to pay the cleaning crew extra so we could check in earlier and he would consider taking something off in a future booking. Other than the cleaning issues the place is decent but I will not be booking in the future with them. .

We had a great trip and stay! Plenty of room for all 5 of us with great common spaces for family to gather. We would stay here again when we come back to visit family. Samuel was a great host and communicated quickly with us if we needed anything.
