***Construction & City Sounds: As this is a brand-new development close to the heart of downtown Raleigh, you may hear some construction or city noise during the day. It's all part of being in such a vibrant and growing area!
***Parking Info: You'll have 2 dedicated parking spots-one in the garage and one in the driveway. Please avoid parking in neighbors' driveways or along Shaw View Alley. If you have more than two vehicles, free street parking is available nearby on Bragg, Person, and Blount Streets.

We had a wonderful stay in this home. There’s lots of space and the decor and layout are both fantastic. There’s remote controls for the ceiling fan/light combo in each room. As documented, there are lots of stairs so keep that in mind. The hosts are responsive and kind. I recommend this home for your stay in Raleigh, NC!
