We did not meet the host directly, but she was very responsive to my messages. The home was very clean and spacious. We found the location to be very convenient to what we needed to do in Durham and Chapel Hill. I would not hesitate to book this property if we visit the area in the future.

This house was perfect for us. We stayed in Durham for a week to receive treatment at Duke. The house was very convenient to the hospital. As my husband was having 2 surgeries, we were very concerned about cleanliness. I didn’t need to be concerned. It was wonderful. The neighborhood was very safe, allowing me to walk alone and enjoy some outside time. There is also a covered area in the backyard to relax at the end of the day. I reached out to the host a couple of times during our stay. She responded immediately each time and was very helpful. We highly recommend this house and the host.

Nice spot in Durham!

VERY clean and comfortable home with just about everything we needed! (A house info sheet regarding the TVs and labels on some of the switches would have been helpful.) Perfectly located for what we wanted to do in the area. Would stay again!

Home Away from Home

Great 10 day get away for the holiday. Charming home perfect for two or four people. The location was very convenient to the airport, dinning and other activities that brought us to Durham. Definitely recommend.

Cute house with in quiet neighborhood

This was a clean quiet house. Perfect for my husband, my daughter and myself. There was another room that we didn’t use. It had every thing we needed except face clothes and a few more towels. For people that might be tech challenged, instructions for TV and thermostat would have helped but we figured it out. Would definitely rent again if we go to Raleigh/Durham area. 😊😊😊

Very convenient location as close to Duke University. Clean and nicely maintained house. Responsive host. I will definitely look to rent in the future. Backyard patio could be setup better with nice seating, table and grill to enjoy the outdoors/weather. I’m sure in time this will be done as I believe it’s a new listings.
