The space has 2 bedrooms and 2 full baths, as well as a couch that coverts to a sofa bed. There is also an air mattress located in the apartment.
Guest access
Guess will have access via smart lock with personal entry code during stay.

If you open it, close it. If you borrow it, return it. If you turn it on, turn it off. If you break it, fix it. If you use it, take care of it. If you make a mess, clean it up.

If you move it, put it back.

Pet Rules:
The animal must be contained indoors, in a cage, if left unattended. Pet waste must be picked up & disposed of properly. The pet must be on a leash when outdoors. The pet is not allowed in the pool.
Do not use towels or linens for the pet. The pet must be housebroken, well behaved, and must not cause damage to the property. I must be informed of any pet at the property, & a $50 pet fee (for extra cleaning) must be paid. - The guest agrees to these rules when booking the house.
