The property was nice and clean. The room was larger than expected. The internet was VERY spotty. The breakfast wasn’t the greatest. But the staff was awesome.

In room 305, the carpet and couch are worn, stained, and need to be replaced. The room had lots of scuff marks on the doors and walls and smelled bad. The bathroom floor was sticky. It was not a relaxed feeling staying here. I would not stay here again. It was really disappointing since the pictures looked so nice and the reviews were good. The check in people were nice.

We had some issues in the room... crumbs all over the entry way floor, shower door didn't stay closed, no conditioner, and there were dirty dishes in the dishwasher still. The front desk person showed concern though when I shared the issues. They offered a bottle of wine but we were leaving on a plane with carry on's so couldn't take it. The location is great and it was a beautiful and comfortable neighborhood to walk around in. The breakfast was kept up well too.

Had to get housekeeping to change the bedding because it was definitely not changed it had stains and make up on the sheets . Other then that nice hotel, suites are spacious, great breakfast and nice staff

The hotel was outstanding! I usually would not give such high ratings,but in every category they were terrific. Sherry at the front desk was incredibly helpful with tips for the area and where to dine .Thank You for making this an enjoyable stay .

The staff was so friendly and accommodating. Sent a txt to make sure the room was sufficient and responded to texts to hold our pizza delivery. Super clean hotel and spacious room. Wish we had this for our entire trip!

The maids were friendly but the front desk seemed bothered by my presence as did the lady working the breakfast bar. Not welcoming at all.

Overall I really enjoyed my stay. They offered us two complimentary waters at check in. That was super nice and unexpected. I didn't partake but they also offered us free appetizers in the lobby. I don't know if it was because of Valentine's Day or something they always do. The room wasn't dirty per se. It just needed a good spring cleaning. I was actually disappointed with the window treatments. My room was on a side of the building that got a lot of sunlight. I wanted to sleep in on my vacation but couldn't because the black out curtain only covered the window partially. Needless to say I was up at the crack of dawn.

The trip was good, the staff Christine and Jeremiah were amazing. They did everything to accommodate us when we were there, so as a family we appreciate them.

Clean and comfortable room overall. Only problem was the sofa bed wouldn't open the whole way.

The kitchen was clutch..gym was in decent order and had the bare enough equipment to be appropriate for the job..the breakfast was delicious and the staff was polite and accomodating..rebooked already for my next stay!

it wasn't so good due to not having a pool and the evening reception being limited to Wednesdays. I specifically booked the location for those amenities.
