  • Welcome to our brand new modern home in Durham. This spacious 5 bedroom, 4 bathroom house was designed for comfort, relaxation, and gathering with family and friends. The home features an open floor plan with high ceilings, large windows, stylish finishes, and plenty of natural light throughout.

    Enjoy a fully stocked kitchen, large dining area, comfortable living spaces, smart TVs, fast WiFi, and cozy bedrooms with fresh linens and comfortable mattresses. The screened-in back porch offers a great place to relax in the evenings, while the driveway provides parking for up to 4–5 vehicles.

Beautiful property! It would be perfect for groups of friends of multiple families staying together. We especially enjoyed the screened in back porch and spacious living room for time together. Everything was clean, new, and accessible, and the host was responsive and kind. 5 stars!

This home seems to be brand new! We were 4 guys coming in for the Notre Dame game. We got to the house at 3:58 pm on a Friday and left 7:00 am Sunday.We did not cook or use anything except the Keurig. We think they are still working on a few areas. The circuit breaker went out twice when we turned on the TV. It was Friday night and we called for assistance with no answer. We did text and he answered and gave us the code to the garage to check the circuit breaker. After it happening twice it was fixed.There is a house next store that has a huge back yard that looks like they are set up for parties. They had one Saturday night. We were all getting up early to fly back and they were still blasting the music when we were trying to sleep at midnight.Overall, this is a beautiful house that can fit a large party. It is in a good spot if you wish to go to UNC or Duke. If you are there on a weekend, and you do not have to get up early you should enjoy the home immensely.
