Newly Renovated Home-near Duke, Hospital, Downtown

This beautiful, completely renovated 4 Bedroom/2 Bath Home is conveniently located near Duke University, Duke Medical Center, Durham Regional Hospital, and downtown Durham restaurants, sights and attractions. Located in an established family-friendly neighborhood, and right across the street from a large park with newly refurbished swings and play equipment!

Fully stocked kitchen, King suite, separate office area, large back deck. After 6 steps up the front porch, entire home is on one level.

Bedroom #1: Master suite with king size bed with Smart TV, closet, dresser and attached private bathroom – single vanity sink with bathtub/shower combo

3 back bedrooms – all share 1 full bathroom that has a double vanity and large tile shower

Bedroom #2: queen sized bed with closet

Bedroom #3: queen sized bed with closet

Bedroom #4: Bunk Bed – full size bed on bottom and twin on top

Office with a desk and a sleeper futon that can sleep 1 person

Guests have access via a smart lock. We will send you an access code that is unique to you for the dates and times of your reservation.

*YMCA Access: We have worked it out with the YMCA that our guests can use their facilities for free for up to 7 consecutive days, using their 7-Day Free Pass. They have multiple locations with pools, gyms, tennis courts, racquetball courts, etc. You can also use the YMCA’s in Durham and Chapel Hill.

Neighborhood Description:
This established family neighborhood is right across the street from a large park with newly refurbished swings and play equipment, and has many sidewalks that are great for walking. Near the intersection of major highways, I-85, 15-501 and US 70 with 157 and up the street from Whole Foods and Trader Joe's.

Perfect for our needs

We traveled to Duke for my husband to give our son a kidney. This house was perfect! We had extra family members come in to support us. The house was super close to the hospital. The park across the street was great for my guys to walk after coming home from the hospital. The house was clean. The kitchen had everything we needed to eat our family meals. The rooms were set up so everyone had their own space. This house took a load off my shoulders, during a difficult situation, I never had to worry about anything house related. It was absolutely perfect.

Nice home, close to many places

We enjoyed our stay. It was a nice 4 bedroom property to allow everyone ample space. The property manager was easy to deal with and responded quickly. Only reason for a 4 star rating is the cleaning crew did not do a very good job from guests prior and left several items untidy. All items addressed privately with property manager. There is no way to make ice (no ice trays in freezer) and property had no hair dryer in the house. Should we need to visit the area again, we would stay again.

Awesome house!

We had 8 family members staying 4 nights and it couldn’t have been better. Very clean and most everything you could possibly want. Comfortable beds, open living room/kitchen, updated bathrooms. Location was perfect for our needs. Playground right across the street for the little ones. Short distance to downtown, Duke, Science Museum, and the interstate. Only negatives were minor and easily fixed. No ice maker in the fridge and no ice cube trays in the freezer, so we bought a bag of ice and it lasted the 4 days. And no outdoor deck furniture, so we brought our own folding camp chairs. Overall, 5 stars and highly recommended.

Great Home for NC College Visits

My teen daughter, her friend and her friend’s mom and I came to tour 4 colleges. Rather than booking 2 hotel rooms, we stayed with in this lovely 4 bedroom home. It had everything we needed and the location is so convenient!
