Delightful home in Raleigh/Cary area

My family enjoyed our stay at this spacious, well-appointed home in the Raleigh/Cary area. The home was well stocked with any and everything you could possibly need to make it feel like a home away from home. Our host communicated often to make sure we were settled and to see if we needed anything. The home had great spaces for working, lounging and playing Xbox games! Thanks for a wonderful stay!

Home away from Home

This was the perfect home for us staying for the Tobacco Road marathon. The home is lovely and provided plenty of space. Lori's special touches made us feel so welcome. It was the best VRBO I have ever visited. If we are ever back in the area, we will definitely stay here again!

Gorgeous Cary home!

Look no further - this is the home you need to book in Cary!! We rented this house last minute after another rental canceled on us a few days before the trip. I’m so glad that happened so we could find Whisper Creek! The location was perfect for attending a graduation at NC State and the property owner was great at communication from the beginning. The home itself is beautifully decorated and so clean! There were so many personal touches by the owners and nothing was overlooked in terms of amenities or toiletries. My kids particularly enjoyed the game room :) We loved staying here and would definitely book again if we return to Cary!

Fantastic Home

This is probably one of the nicest homes we have stayed in while traveling for baseball tournaments and vacations. Beautiful furnishings and décor. Good layout with plenty of space. Located next to shopping centers and interstates. Host was great to work with as well. Would not hesitate to stay here again in the future.

Special moms getaway

I have stayed at many lovely vacation rentals. Lori is by far the most generous hostess. You will lack for nothing. As in other reviews, snacks, spices, plenty of coffee, choices of laundry detergent... In a day where you may see only 1 role of TP per bathroom this is such a gift. I mean who wants to go shopping for that stuff on your vacation?? The house is spotless, beautiful and cozy. You should have Zero concerns. A few days before check in Lori gave us the check in information. With that she offered us early check-in and late checkout at no charge. My friends and I said for this simple gift she already has 5 stars. We had a late flight back to Michigan on Monday and this not only made it nice for planning ahead of time it gave us some more precious time to visit out on her patio. We were visiting a dear friend who lives in Raleigh who kept us busy seeing the sights. I highly recommend a few of the restaurants. Close is La Farm on Cary Parkway. This is the sit-down one not the closer walk in bakery. Hayes Barton Cafe ( need reservations way ahead), Gugelhupf and Tea at the Carolina Inn. These were my favorites. Each one an amazing!!! Such memorable experiences.

Incredible stay in Cary!

We travelled to Cary for baseball and couldn’t have picked a better house. Great neighborhood, close to USA baseball, and stocked with every amenity you can think of. Host is very responsive and amazingly hospitable welcoming us with delicious snacks and drinks. You will be very happy with your decision to book this VRBO.

Everything you could ask for

Loved staying here. I felt like anytime I needed anything I turned around and it was there. Lori was extremely helpful, flexible, and communicative. I also really loved the ceiling fans in each bedroom. Amazing stay.

Wonderful stay

We had a great stay at this beautiful home. Everything was as beautiful as the photos represent. Lori was so easy to communicate with, and she also went the extra mile. She left us a very thoughtful welcome basket along with some amazing treats in the fridge. She had several drinks stocked, along with plentiful coffee options. She has both a nespresso and Keurig maker (pod and pot option). Even the bathrooms and rooms were so well stocked. Tons of toilet paper, towels, pillows. She left us several travel sized products and toiletries. This house really felt like home. We will definitely stay here again when we return to Raleigh. 10/10 recommend.

Fantastic

First Class house to stay. Fabulous decor. Every room was stocked with anything you might need especially the kitchen and bathrooms. Lori has thought of everything. So many special touches!! Plenty of coffee and hot chocolate, a few snacks and sodas. AND graduation cupcakes to celebrate our son. We felt so pampered!! This will definitely be our choice of accommodations in the future when there are more than 2 of us. I highly recommend this be your first choice of VRBO.

Quite simply, the best we have encountered!

This home is in an excellent location and the host ensured all details were covered for our stay! To walk in and see a handwritten note with some treats and beverages was just the beginning. Each bathroom has all items you would need in case you forgot your own - so thoughtful and well stocked at every turn! Linens - beds - furnishing was all top notch! Thank you so much for a memorable and amazing stay!

Wonderful return visit

We love Lori’s house in Cary. This is the second time we have stayed here. Great location, close to shopping and restaurants. Plenty of places for my husband and I to go for walks in the beautiful NC weather. The house is well stocked with everything we could have needed and more. The beds are very comfortable. The house is very cozy. Lori checked in with us via text on several occasions, making sure we were comfortable, and left the refrigerator stocked with special and very welcome treats. Looking forward to our next visit with our daughter and her husband, plan to stay with Lori, again.

We love this place!

First, as I’ve said before, Lori is an amazing host. The house is thoughtfully appointed with just about anything you might need. Second, this was our third time staying there. My whole family got in from a day of crazy holiday travel and all visibly relaxed. It’s still my son’s favourite part of the Triangle (though grandma and grandad are a close second).

Great Home, Great Location

This property was absolutely one of the best rentals we've ever stayed at. The house itself was clean and extremely comfortable. Upgrades galore with high end bedding, linens, towels, etc. Lori was a great host and extremely responsive to any questions. Not one glitch while we were at the home. What really makes this house a gem is all of the "little things" that Lori took the time to provide. A welcome basket was waiting for us when we arrived (snacks and a bottle of wine). The refrigerator and pantry were stocked with soft drinks, snacks, and anything else we might need. Bathrooms were stocked with shower supplies. All in all our stay was fantastic and we will definitely look to stay here again when we return to the Raleigh area.

Home Away from Home

We recently stayed for the second time while in town visiting my family, and everything was just as lovely as we remembered. My 5 year old even told me, when I asked what his favorite part of our trip was: “the house and playing card games.” Thank you Lori for another amazing stay.
