Enjoy a stylish experience at this clean and quite 2-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom home 5 minutes from North Hills! Surrounded by Raleigh's best restaurants, shopping, and activities and minutes for HWY 540 and 440. Only 20 minutes from RDU Airport. Less than 15 minutes to downtown Raleigh, PNC arena, NC State University, and major hospitals.

Extended Stay Monthly Leases/Or Longer Welcome.

Our home is ideal for 4 guests, but we can accommodate up to 6 with the use of the fold down couches!

Our place:
Downstairs you will find a newly renovated kitchen with stainless steel appliances and a coffee maker as well as a cozy living room with a smart TV and two leather couches that convert to futons great for additional sleeping space for children. Board games, cards, and a puzzle can be found in the console table in the living room. Also downstairs is a half bathroom and laundry closet with a full-size washer and dryer.

Off the kitchen is a large deck with outdoor seating and a lovely backyard great for yard games, pets, and children. Cornhole and Ladder Ball can be found in the outdoor storage room for your enjoyment.

Upstairs you have a spacious king-sized bed with a large smart TV in one bedroom and a comfortable queen-sized bed in the other bedroom each with an ensuite bathroom.

Pet Fee:
The pet fee covers up to 2 pets! Please make sure your reservation is updated properly. If you are traveling with more than 2 pets, please reach out - sometimes we can accommodate an additional pet on a case-by-case basis for an additional fee. Thanks!

Very pretty inside. Just enough room! I will say we had to take care of about 6-7 daddy long legs that were in the queen bedroom towards the ceiling. Looked like the corners hadn’t been cleaned in awhile. Overall, everything was great.

Graduation Rendezvous

We had a great visit! We came in to Raleigh for our daughters graduation. The house was a great meeting point for us and other family members who came in to town. The location was fairly close to NC State and North Hills so we were able to get her moved out of her apartment, have a place to stage belongings before heading off to vacation. Greatly appreciate the hospitality and communication. I highly recommend this cute little place. Thank you!

Comfortable weekend stay

My family and I stayed for the weekend and enjoyed the space. The separate bathrooms in each bedroom with a half bath downstairs was nice to have. The kitchen has everything we needed and having k-cups of coffee was nice as we had forgotten to bring coffee. Max was quick to communicate and was always available for questions. The location was great and close to everything I needed as I was prepping for my brother's engagement party that was taking place only 10 minutes from the house. We enjoyed our stay and will book again in the future!

Home away from home

We recently moved to Raleigh and stayed in this house for a month while our new house was renovated. It was perfect. Let’s start with the location. Not sure if it is technically in the cute, upscale North Hills neighborhood, but it may as well be, it is so close. The house itself is nice, and furnished well to give it a feeling of home. It was very clean, and really well-stocked. They pretty much thought of everything. The host was amazing: very easy to work with, thoughtful, and extremely prompt with communication. I am thankful we chose this house, because a month can last forever if you are uncomfortable or dissatisfied. 5 stars 100%.
