Welcome to the historic Carpenter-Upchurch neighborhood in Cary, where the exterior facades of homes retain their original charm. This cozy, fully renovated 2BR ranch offers a modern interior with Southern charm, nestled on a peaceful bike-friendly road. Enjoy country living just minutes from RTP and major highways (55/40/540). A train passes by daily at 3PM, adding to the charm. A $200 refundable security deposit is required. Perfect for those seeking a unique and comfortable stay!

Each room has been renovated and decorated with Southern charm keeping your comfort in mind.

Two bedrooms are extra large when compared to today's build. These old homes have larger bedroom size and high ceiling heights. Plenty of closet space. And more.

The home is on Cary/Morrisville Historical Designation. It belongs to a row of homes starting from the Carpenter Upchurch road to Morrisville Carpenter intersection including the Carpenter Farm Supply Store, one of its kind. Search 3041 Carpenter Upchurch Road to view its charm. By the designation, the homes and store all retains its original façade and construction. In many aspect, not much has change since the 20’s. Therefore, be prepare to be charm by our pasts.

There are four parking spaces on the lot.

1. Front parking allows 2 vehicle.
2. One parking space by the detached storage building.
3. If more is needed, two parking spaces available on the right side of the home.

Jan 2024 - Replaced with new TV in Living
Mar 2022 - Replaced with New Dishwasher
Oct 2021 - New floor in living room. New Refrigerator. Alternate the stackable WandD with the refrigerator in the utility area. Painted the closet.
May 2021 - New loveseat sofa.
Jan 2021 - Replaced sump pump.
Dec 2020 - Replaced carpet in master bedroom.
June 2020 - Installed another TV in the master. Installed two new rocking chair in the front porch.
Mar 2020 - Replaced wandd new. Replaced toilet new.

RESERVATION POLICIES:

1 - Door codes are always shared at 4 PM. The check-in time frame is from 4 PM-11 PM, anytime after that would be considered a violation of our rules, this timeframe allows us to help if needed during our working hours(8AM-12AM).
2 - Early check-in, Late check-out, and Early bag drop are subject to availability
3 - Door codes will not be shared if the incidentals deposit of $100 and registration are still pending.
4 - Deposit is released 3-7days after the original check-out date,
5 - All complaints must be notified after 30 mins of check-in.
6 - All departures must be reported immediately in a very clear way to us after for calendar availability to others and issue resolution for you, it is recommended to send an alteration request if needed, this helps you to get the unspent nights back while we get the calendar available again, we can then check the spent nights.
7 - All reservation changes must be done before the checkout time each day (11 AM), changes can not be done after 11 AM as per the app configuration, we can not override this.
8 - If you need an early departure, please submit an alteration request so it can easily be approved.
9 - No courtesy refunds are provided.
10 - If you happen to request a full refund for any circumstance please be ready for Immediate check-out, be sure to alternate the reservation for an early departure so we can approve the unspent nights that were supposed to be non-refundable, so we then might consider another courtesy for the spent night if applicable.
12 - If you want me to coordinate any amenities, please let me know 24 hours in advance (4 PM-12 AM) so my team can deliver or resolve on-site the next day.
13 - Extra cleanings in case of Issues or courtesies should be arranged 24 hours in advance and before 10 AM each day.

11 - INCIDENTAL DEPOSITS POLICY: Amount of the Incidentals fee hold after booking: $100. As an API software connected Host, we are entitled to ask for a preventive fee in case of damages with the usage of a 3rd party. Airbnb's policy, see here: https://www.airbnb.com/help/article/140 In situations where the damages exceed the amount of the deposit, we will utilize the resolution center to address the liability for these damages. Through this process, Airbnb may either charge the cost to your card or apply AirCover for resolution.
12 - REGISTRATION POLICY
Registration is a mandatory step after booking, requiring the submission of IDs for all guests under the reservation. and even will ask you to scan your credit card. - It's crucial to complete both (Deposit and registration) accurately; failure to do so will result in your reservation termination with no refund.

Check-in is any time after 4 PM.
Check-out is at 11 AM. Please note that a late Check-out without authorization will lead to a night-rate cost penalty, that could be deducted from your security deposit.
Parties are fully prohibited. QUIET TIME FROM 10 PM TO 6 AM.
$300 penalty for smoking on the property. You will also be dismissed from your rental without a refund.
$250 penalty if noise level, parties, or other obscene behavior requires a police callout. You will also be dismissed from the property without a refund.

Damage to the interior of the property or common areas will result in a pro-rated auto-chargeback from your booking account
On checkout please turn off the lights, the A/C unit, water, and gas/stove, and lock the door behind you

Penalties will automatically be withdrawn from your security deposit and/or your booking account.
