The Space:

Bring the whole crew for Wolfpack football, the State Fair, or a downtown festival weekend. Two full units mean two kitchens, two living rooms, and space for everyone, and the evenings end around the backyard fire pit.



This inviting property is thoughtfully designed to provide both privacy and shared experiences, with two distinct and fully furnished living spaces for your group to enjoy. The property consists of two complete side-by-side units.



Inside each of the two units, you will find:

• Living Area: Unwind after a day of exploring on a comfortable sofa (Unit B has a dark sectional, Unit A a beige sofa). Enjoy entertainment on the wall-mounted TV, or gather for a fun evening with the selection of board games provided.

• Kitchen & Dining: Prepare your favorite meals in a fully equipped kitchen featuring modern stainless steel appliances, including a refrigerator, oven, stove, microwave, dishwasher, and coffee maker. All cookware, dishes, and silverware are provided.

• Bedrooms: Two serene bedrooms await in each unit (four total). Unit B has a queen bed in each bedroom; Unit A has a queen bed in one bedroom and a daybed with a pull-out trundle in the other. Every room has stylish decor and ample storage, and extra pillows and blankets are available.

• Bathroom: A well-appointed full bathroom with a bathtub and shower combination. We provide essentials like a hair dryer and an iron.

• Convenience: For your comfort, the home includes an in-unit washer and dryer on each side, central air conditioning and heating, and complimentary Wi-Fi throughout.

The nearest major transit hub is the Raleigh Union Station, approximately a 10-minute drive away, offering connections to regional train services. Other Things to Note:

• Duplex Property: Please note that this listing is for an entire duplex property, which includes two separate 2-bedroom, 1-bathroom units. You will have private access to both sides throughout your stay, making it ideal for groups wanting a mix of shared and private space. The two units sit side by side, each with its own private exterior entrance - they share an interior wall but are not connected inside.



A note on the showers: both units have a High Sierra all-metal low-flow head. Each is small, black, and sits right at the end of the arm, so a few guests have thought there was no head on it. They are there and give a strong spray, just turn the water on.
