No smoking (or vaping), no parties or gatherings, no pets and all guests must be noted on the reservation.
The Host is not responsible for accidents, injuries, or illness that occurs while on the premises or its facilities. The Host is not responsible for the loss of personal belongings or valuables of the guests. By accepting this reservation, it is agreed that all guests are expressively assuming the risk of any harm arising from their use of the premises or others whom they invite to use the premises.
Keep the property and all furnishings in good order and only use appliances for their intended uses.
We allow children with the following stipulations:
-Guests are responsible for any and all necessary "baby proofing"
-Children under the age of 13 must be supervised by an adult at all times
PLEASE NOTE: There is a camera monitoring access in and out of the apartment. It is only on the outside of the apartment, there are no cameras inside the apartment.
