“Rambagh Palace is a gorgeous property! Our family of 4 greatly enjoyed our stay there despite some issues. We booked through Expedia.com, clearly indicating one of our party members was 17 years old, but when we arrived at Rambagh Palace, the check in person was saying our son should be charged as an adult, although this did not happen at any of the other properties (Oberoi Amarvilas, Oberoi Sukhvilas and Oberoi Wildflower) we booked on Expedia.com concurrently. “We stayed in this hotel for a wedding, which was handled beautifully by their staff. The grounds were park like and we enjoyed just walking around. The room was large and very clean. They provided bottled water everyday along with fresh linens. The breakfast was wonderful, food was delicious and the staff was ready to assist for whatever we needed. We fell in love with the door man, who always had a big smile. But his handlebar mustache was what brought a smile to our face everyday. ...

“Great, friendly and helpful staff from the front office to the room service to the restaurant staff. Felt a bit of royalty living at the Brij castle, beautiful interiors. Only one suggestion I have would be to make sure first timers to Jaipur be guided well. Give them a road map, helpful guide, etc.”

“The hotel was located close to the Amber Fort. The staff was respectful and attentive. The breakfast was not included but we purchased it and felt it was good. The pricing was higher than listed in the Expedia property details. The room. was comfortable. Just make sure to keep a card in the alot by the door so the AC dies not turn off.”
