“This was a great find and the perfect location for several members of our family that had gathered for a reunion.We had two air-conditioned bedrooms with king beds, and a great kitchen set up for making meals as we needed. Emily was very responsive to our questions as we navigated new technology. They have done a great job with remodeling this property.”

“Megan was a fantastic host. She was extremely accommodating as the hockey game we went to watch moved their start time up, and we had to ask for an earlier check-in time. She generously said that was not a problem. Communication was great. The room was comfortable, clean, and convenient. Very close to downtown college and the stadium. Even gifted us a welcome bottle of wine. Would stay again!!!”

“We were on our first college visit to PSU and wanted a casual weekend in the area. This property was only 20 minutes away, a great price, and in another wonderful little town! The host was incredible with communication from the time we booked, in the days leading up to our check-in, and afterwards. He gave us great suggestions in both State College and Bellefonte. “The property description is misleading. It listed 1.5 bathrooms, but there is only one. I was unaware of this until I arrived at the property. Keep in mind that I had been communicating with the property manager, for over 4 months. To start, I was not informed that you had to trek up these old, steep, metal stairs to enter the rented area. Or, you could walk up the frontstairs, but the entrance is narrow and its a lot of stairs. My mother came with me, as my daughter was graduating from college....
