“Very noisy. The hotel hosted a party until 2am that shook the walls of the room. Was told that they do this often and that I should have I known. Not able to sleep. Also, tv was glitchy, there was a problem with the bathroom plumbing, the thermostat would not work as instructed, and the phone in the room want not able to connect with the front desk.”

The rooms are cold and it takes an age to get any hot water. On a positive, the young staff we met were very friendly, though both had only been there...
