“Disappointed with the lack of aesthetics at the pool and it was filthy. Lots of floating dead bees, mosquitos, and other insects. Also, the water spigot at our site was dispensing brown water. And our site had a sewer lid where you can smell the stench”

“The room was very clean, but no complementary water was provided in the room. My first night 4/28 I went to purchase a cocktail and play at the bar (the bar that has the sports room attached). I sat down made eye contact with the bartender. He did not come over he proceeded to take not just one order but numerous orders of customers that just came to the bar way after me.
