“Staff was somewhat chastising because we checked in at 3am after enduring a medical emergency on flight from east coast to Ontario Ca. Even tried calling around midnight to ex 500 for the hotel to which clerk responded that that extension isn’t working

“Having the breakfast to grab when before we left was good, but there was only one staff person there and she was very slow.
The keypad for the back gate had apparently been broken so it was disabled and our card could not work on the gate. We had to park back there and were unable to use that for access to the hotel and had to walk all the way around late at night when we arrived back at the hotel. That should be fixed.”

“First room smelled before we even walked in. And my sense of smell is bad and I could still smell it. There were 2 different camper/rvs parked in the parking lot with people sleeping in them like camping out in parking lot. Overall not clean, old and worn, breakfast was ok with options and good for a standard breakfast buffet. Nothing special at all though. Their coffee was absolutely horrible and I’m not a coffee snob at all. It was bad.”
